  24.  1. Improved the V.34 peformance.

  26.  2. Fixed modem bugs:

  28.     1) The "carrier lost 1" problem:
  29.        When the modem is connected to a Rockwell chipset based modem 
  30. on some
  31.        long distance calls, the modem will drop the line immediately 
  32. with
  33.        disconnect reason shown "carrier lost 1".
  34.  
  35.     2) Incorrect LED indication:
  36.        The V34 LED does not turn on if "AT&N62" to "AT&N72" command is 
  37. entered.
  38.        The V32b LED will turn off if a V.32 connection is established 
  39. with
  40.        "AT&N4" command.

  42.     3) Can not connect on two wire leased line mode:
  43.        If "AT&L1" command is entered, the modem will go on-hook and 
  44. report
  45.        "NO CARRIER" immediately after connection.

  47.     4) Wrong leased line operation:
  48.        If "AT&L1" command is entered, modem will go to handshaking 
  49. procedure
  50.        immediately.

  52.     5) Incorrect response for numeric form result code (ATV0):
  53.        If "AT&K0&N14V0" command is entered, modem reports connect 
  54. message as
  55.        "10" instead of "10<CR>" after connection.

  57.     6) Unable to use V.25bis command set.

  59.     7) Sometimes in data state, the modem does not disconnect when DTE 
  60. drops
  61.        the DTR signal.

  63.     8) Impoved the reliability of recognizing the dial tone, busy tone

  65.        ring signal in Italy.

  71.        Modem reports "+FHNG:70" followed by "NO CARRIER" while the

  117.          languages. So the help display is 'a bit' mixed sometimes.
